Code Of Conduct 

 

This code of conduct reflects our ambition to help you have a wonderful time with us, while respecting the campground’s rules and policies.

 


 

  1. QUIET PERIOD "CURFEW" : 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, no noise likely to be heard from a neighbouring site is permitted. At all times, campers must avoid making excessive noise.
     

  2. CAMPFIRE : Campfires are not permitted on campsites without compliant equipment (with a spark arrestor or gas-powered) provided by the camper. A designated common area has compliant facilities and may be used by travellers. The camper will be held financially responsible in the event of intervention by the fire department or the competent authorities following non-compliance with the campground rules, municipal regulations and/or SOPFEU.
     

  3. TRAFFIC : Maximum 10 KM/H.
     

  4. PARKING : Parking in the campground streets or on vacant sites is prohibited. A designated parking area is available in the reception area.
     

  5. PETS : All pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not roam freely. Please pick up after your pet before leaving.
     

  6. CLEANLINESS : Please make sure to bring all your waste to the designated area on the campground. Do not leave any waste on the beach. Thank you for leaving the premises clean before you leave. The use of sanitary wipes is prohibited in the campground washroom block and may result in immediate expulsion.
     

  7. VISITORS : All visitors are asked to check in at the reception office and leave their vehicle in the parking lot in the reception area. A fee of $5 per night applies for any adult guest staying overnight at the campground.
     

  8. ELECTRIC VEHICLES : Electric vehicle charging is not included in the rental of a campsite and we cannot support charging through campsite hookups. Our ready-to-camp cabins are equipped with charging stations dedicated to their occupants. A fast-charging station is available at the municipal roadside rest area located 2 km from the campground.

*** Failure to comply with the code of conduct and/or camper etiquette may lead to immediate interruption of access to the campground without notice ***

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for the entire stay is required for all reservations.

For the cancellation of a reservation with notice of 8 days or more before your arrival date, the payment charged at the time of your reservation will be refunded minus the $20 administration fee. Payments charged are not transferable.

For the cancellation of a reservation with notice of 7 days or less before your arrival date, no refund will be issued on the payment charged at the time of your reservation. Payments charged are not transferable.

During the stay, no refund, deduction or money-back credit is possible for an early departure.

In the case of a camper who does not show up for their stay without notice, the campground reserves the right to make the site available for rental again.
