This code of life reflects the ambition we have to make you spend a wonderful time with us, and this in compliance with the rules and policies of the camping.

 

1. CURFEW : 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. During this time no sound likely to be heard from the neighbouring sites is allowed. In any time, the campers should avoid making excessing noise.

2. TRAFFIC : 10 KM/H maximum.

3. PARKING : It is forbidden to park in the streets of the campsite or on vacant lots. A space provided for this purpose is available in the reception area.

4. PETS : All pets should be kept on a leash at all times and cannot walk alone. Please pick up after your pets before leaving.

5. FIRE PIT : It is forbidden to move outdoor firepits. It is also forbidden to use driftwood for camp fires to support the ecosystem and prevent erosion.

6. CLEANLINESS : Make sure you bring all your trash to the designated place on the campsite. Do not leave any rubbish on the beach. Please leave all areas clean before leaving. Wet wipes use in the sanitary bloc is strictly prohibited, use could lead to immediate expulsion.

7. VEHICULE : Only one vehicule is admitted per site.

8. VISITORS : All visitors are requested to annnounce themselves at the front office and park their vehicule in the designated area. For any adult visitor who is staying overnight, a 5$ fee per night is applicable.

9. ELECTRIC VEHICULES : Electric cars recharge are not included in camping site rental. Additionnal fees apply.

10. RECEPTION : Reception will be open daily between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Wood, ice and convenience is available inside.

11. ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES : CAMPING SITE  ARRIVAL TIME : 1 p.m.  DEPARTURE TIME: 11 a.m.  READY-TO-CAMP  ARRIVAL TIME : 3 p.m. DEPARTURE TIME : 11 a.m.

 

 CANCELATION POLICY

Payment of the entire stay is required for reservations of one or two nights. A 30% deposit is required for any reservations of 3 nights or more.

For the cancelation of a reservation with a notice of 8 days or more before your arrival date, the deposit or payment taken at the time of your reservation will be refunded less the administration fee of 20$.

For the cancelation of a reservation with a notice of 7 days or less before your arrival date, no refund on the deposit or payment taken at the time of your reservation. The deposit or payment taken is not transferable.

During the stay, no refund, no deduction or no money back is possible for an rearly departure.
